I started here with my sister three and a half weeks ago. The gym itself is well equipped and it is a nice size, plenty of places to train in peace if you prefer. The trainers and staff are so welcoming and very motivating, they really do go above and beyond to help and assist you as well as checking up to see how you are doing! It really makes such a difference to your workout and the staff add such a lovely friendly atmosphere to the place! They are also very approachable should you have any questions etc.
I would recommend this gym to anyone!!!
