Club Rules

  • Before or upon your first visit of the Club you should go through a basic introductory session with one of the fitness staff to ensure that you understand the equipment and adopt a safe training regime that suits your needs.
  • If you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or feel any unusual pain then you must stop exercising and inform a member of staff immediately.
  • Please be courteous and respectful of other members.
  • Please pick up your towels, water bottles, newspapers or magazines.
  • Please use hand towel and wipe down each piece of equipment for the next user
  • If paper towel or spray containers are empty, please notify a member of staff.
  • Wear proper attire / shoe wear when training. (no sandals, flip-flops or jeans allowed)
  • No bare foot allowed in free weights area.
  • Remove weights from machines after use and re-rack them.
  • No food, beverages or glass items ( except water, protein shakes) on the gym floor
  • Please use fitness equipment safely, if you require assistance in using any part of the facilities, please contact a member of staff.
  • To prevent loss, damage or personal injury, do not wear jewellery during workouts.
  • Lock valuables in lockers.
  • Do not lift heavy weights alone, ask for assistance.
  • Please report all equipment malfunctions, personal injuries and specific concerns to one of the staff members immediately.
  • No loud noises while working out.
  • No standing or jumping on the benches.
  • No skipping or jumping in functional training area. No heavy weights or dropping weights allowed in the functional training area.
  • Chewing is strictly prohibited in any area of the facility.
  • Smoking within Club is prohibited.
  • Mobile phones are strictly banned in the changing rooms and activity areas of the facility. Cameras and recording equipment are strictly prohibited in all areas of the facility.
  • Membership may be terminated with immediate effect should you be in breach of the Club rules. The Club shall have the right to retain the money paid by the Member to recover past use and any reasonable costs it has incurred as result of termination.
